The Department of Agricultural Sciences of the Academy has issued the statement of the seminar on "Poultry Farming in Iran: Past, Present and Future" held on February 8^th.

The attendees of the seminar included a number of Academy's members, university professors, researchers, administrative authorities, people-based organizations and industrial poultry breeders.

In this event, the activities of the country's poultry industry during the past 62 years, its present situation and strategies developed for the advancement of the objectives of the industry were studied in two sections.
