On June 17th, the Scientific Council of the Academy sat for its 481st meeting, chaired by Prof. Reza Davari Ardakani.

Initially, the Council approved the collaboration between the Academic Center for Shi'a Studies of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia and the Department of Islamic Sciences of the Academy.
This was followed by the approval of the engagement of Prof. Mohammad Reza Naghavi and Prof. Yousef Abbaspour Gilande as invited scholars of the Department of Agricultural Sciences of the Academy for a two-year term. The extension of cooperation of 22 invited scholars of the Department of Agricultural Sciences and 3 invited scholars of the Department of Basic Sciences were also approved for a further two-year term.
Finally, the minutes of the next General Assembly to be held on June 28th, was ratified.
