The Department of Agricultural Sciences of the Academy held the Seventh Honoring Ceremony of the Outstanding Engineers in Agriculture and Natural Resources of the country on Wednesday, March 9th.
In this semi-virtual event, the Academy honored the following outstanding engineers in Agriculture and Natural Resources:
- Late Prof. Behzad Ghareyazi
- Prof. Mohammad Hassan Roozi Talab
- Prof. Mohammad Hassan Assareh
- Dr. Seyed Bagher Mahmoodi
- Eng. Morteza Ebrahimi Rastaghie
- Dr. Alireza Babaei
- Prof. Mohammad Khanjani
At the beginning of the ceremony, Prof. Sharifi Tehrani, chairman of the Department, welcomed and thanked the audience comprised of university professors and members of the research institutes, experts and administrative authorities in the field of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a number of authorities and fellows of the Academy and the above mentioned selected engineers in 2022.
Prof. Abbas Sharifi Tehrani, Prof. Salehi, Vice President for Research and Deputy President of the Academy, and the 7 awardees delivered brief lectures.
At the concluding part of the ceremony, Tablets of Appreciation were given to the awardees.
