The eighth issue of Nameye Farhangestan Oloom quarterly is published by the Academy.

In this issue, the editorial, scientific meetings held in the Academy, scientific articles, the introduction of the books and the following articles and speeches given in the recent meetings of the General Assembly of the Academy by the new fellows of the Academy are published:

In the scientific meeting section of the Journal, the following items are presented: the speech of Prof. Ali Motevalizade Ardakani in the meeting "Genetics: Life, Man and Philosophy", Prof. Morteza Kariminia in the scientific meeting "Research on Mashhad Al-Razavi's Mosahhaf", Prof. Mustafa Boroujerdi in the meeting "A Historical Study of the Theological and Diplomatic Positions of the Vatican in the Palestine Case" and Prof. Mohammad Hossein Sharifzadegan in "Report on Resilience" meeting organized by the Department of Islamic Sciences.

In another part of the Journal, the article "Investigating the Characteristics of a World-class University and Presenting Approaches for Iranian Universities" by Parvin Qeshlaghi, PhD student in Higher Education Management is included.
